Overall a nice hotel and excellent staff. I could bring a pet to the room for an additional fee. Helpful staff. My pet would have loved to see a tree (or trees) from the room window, but that was not the case. Decent breakfast. A dinner buffet is included, and they even adapted to my special request for vegetarian meals and lactose-free! Excellent hospitality!

Ranking their bar experience. Great location and very decent outdoor area. The interior is also not bad, and has been made into different compartments. Expect an older audience unless going for the outdoor seating. Cocktails were not great, but going for some tap or a glass wine and it could be a fun visit to mix up your regular places. I have also previously been staying in the hotel as a guest, and their rooms are of good but not excellent standard.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and competent. Breakfast buffet is served every day from 7:00 and offered a great selection of high quality food. The service staff cleaned the tables promptly and refilled everything. In the room it was a little bit warm. The A/C wasn't adjustable. The windows let in more noise than cool air.

"Best in Class" is a fitting description of the hotel. The service is fantastic and genuine. The room rate includes both breakfast and dinner. Delicious food that is replenished with awesome efficiency but without any fuss. The hotel really does believe in attention to detail, such as hand-painted boiled eggs. I would like to express my appreciation to John and all the wonderful staff.
